How long does the repair take?

We do service while you wait. If the customer is not in a hurry, it usually takes 3 working days. Individual and depends on the extent of damage. We will always inform you of the approximate repair time when you receive the stroller for service and after our analysis of the damage. The repair time can also be affected by the current availability of spare parts at the manufacturer. Spare parts that are not in stock are ordered from the manufacturer's central warehouse in the EU, and their delivery to the Czech Republic is thus very fast.

How to proceed correctly during post-warranty repair/service?

Contact us on the phone number or emails above. If you are sending information by e-mail, please include photos of the damage and a short description of how it manifests itself. Write down (take a photo of) the stroller's serial number. Attach the contact to yourself (phone).

How to put the stroller to the service center?

Clean the stroller of gross dirt to meet basic hygiene requirements. Deliver it to BugaCare Marek Lach, Mělnická Vrutice 77, Velký Borek 277 31, Czech Republic. If you are sending it by post or courier, always pack it carefully to prevent further damage during transport, so that there are no loose parts in the box, typically removed wheels.
